What is Ottumwa Delivery?

Ottumwa Delivery is a local food delivery service that brings your favorite meals from top Ottumwa restaurants straight to your door. You can also order from any place not listed on our site.

How do I place an order?

Just visit ottumwadelivery.com, choose your restaurant, select your items, and complete checkout. Quick and easy!

Can I order from places that are not on the list, like Riverside Restaurant, Starbucks, or Pupusería?

Yes! You can request delivery from any location. Use our custom order form at deliveryorderforms.com and fill it out completely (including any helpful notes for our drivers). You can also email us at juan@latinmultiservicesllc.org.

What restaurants are available on Ottumwa Delivery?

Browse the restaurants listed on our website. We’re always adding more partners — and you can still request delivery from places not listed using the custom order form.

What are your delivery hours?

Delivery hours vary by restaurant. Most are available between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We operate based on each restaurant’s opening hours.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees depend on the restaurant and distance, starting at $2.99. Sometimes we run free delivery promotions.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled immediately after placing them — contact us right away. However, once the restaurant begins preparing your food, the order can no longer be canceled.

The restaurant forgot something from my order, like chips and salsa. What should I do?

Contact us. In most cases, we’ll resend any missing items depending on driver availability. We prefer to bring you the missing food rather than issue a refund like traditional delivery apps, because we know how important your order is to you. Don’t worry — we’re always ready to help!

Can I schedule an order in advance?

Yes! You can place your order ahead of time and schedule it for up to 7 days in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank accounts, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept cash at this time.

I have an issue with my order. What should I do?

If there’s any issue with your order, contact us right away through our contact page. You can also message us on our Facebook page, email us, or send a text message to 641-484-0993. Since we receive a high volume of calls, we prefer to assist you via messages.

Can I request special instructions or customizations?

Absolutely. You can leave special instructions or notes during checkout, and we’ll do our best to follow them. Just make sure to pay for any extras or add-ons so the restaurant includes them.

Do you deliver outside Ottumwa?

We deliver within the Ottumwa city limits and to some nearby locations like Agency. We’re working to expand soon — try entering your address to see if it’s available, or just contact us.

Can I become a partner restaurant or delivery driver?

Yes! Contact us and we’ll get back to you. We’d love to work with you.
