How much does this service cost?
Prices are established by weighing the clothes at pickup. Any weight over 30 pounds will be charged as an additional baggage service based on weight. Prices do not include taxes. This only includes items that can be used and excludes special items such as bedding, blankets and other items that cannot be used.
Schedule pickup: Next day between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. Bag your dirty laundry in a disposable plastic bag and leave it outside, ready for pick-up during the time scheduled.
After pick-up, your clothes are off to be cleaned at our processing facility. Your clothes will be treated with the proper tender love and care they deserve. Once washed and dried, your items will be neatly folded and ready to make their journey back home.
We deliver it to your door. You’ll have your freshly fluffed and folded laundry delivered to your door the next day in a new bag that is yours to keep! All you need to do is put it away, and just like that, laundry day is done!
Are there any promotions?
Yes! We currently have promotions for all users. These promotions will be applied automatically on the corresponding days.
It’s my first time, what should I know?
First, you will place an order in the Ottumwa Delivery Shop. The default pickup time is the next day between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. Pickup and delivery are free, except for same-day delivery!
Place your dirty laundry in a disposable plastic bag (up to 30 pounds per bag) and place it outside your home or building for pickup during your selected time.
A driver will pick up your clothes to take them to the washing facility for processing. This is when we wash, dry and fold it for you.
Your clean clothes will be placed neatly in the bag, safe from the weather, and returned to you the next day for free, or the same day for an extra cost.
Please note that the final price will be determined by the actual weight of your clothing. Rate includes only 3 standard loads of laundry or 30 pounds. Anything over 31 pounds will be charged as additional baggage.
Where do I leave my clothes to pick up?
After scheduling your order, dirty clothes should be placed in your bag. Bags must not exceed 30 pounds. Place the bag outside your home or building, in an easily accessible area for our drivers to pick it up. If there is inclement weather, place it out of the elements in a covered area or covered by a plastic bag. If you have special instructions, such as a building or door code, please include them in your address notes.
What happens to my clothes once collected?
When items are picked up, we label the bags with your customer’s information for tracking. From there, we transport it to a washing location. Each item is received, inspected and sorted for washing. We classify your clothes into colors and whites. We then wash your clothes using the settings you preferred in your order. Once they have completed the washing cycles, we immediately move them to the drying cycle. We take the clothes out of the dryer, inspect that they are completely dry, and begin our folding process. Once folded, we stack them and place them in our reusable bags to transport them safely to you. Their clothes are never mixed with those of other customers.
When and where will my clothes be returned?
Your clean clothes will be returned the next day to the same location you picked them up, unless otherwise noted. For an extra cost we can return the clothes in the afternoon of the same day.
Can all my clothes be washed?
All items included in your order can be washed and dried together using our state-of-the-art machines. Please refrain from including items that should not be washed, dried or mixed. Special items will be separated by category.
Acceptable items include standard garments that can be machine washed and dried, such as:
• shirts
• denim
• sweatshirts
• socks
• underwear
• towels
Unacceptable items may include, but are not limited to: heavily soiled items, items requiring dry cleaning, or items that should not be included in wash or dry cycles. Please do not include them in your orders. We do not provide grooming services or dry cleaning services at this time.
What happens if my item has a stain?
Each item is inspected and we work to remove any stains or stains using our stain removal techniques. Each stain will be treated before washing; however, we do not guarantee removal.
What happens if items are lost or damaged?
This is extremely rare, our team will properly care for your clothing. In the rare event that you lose or damage an item, please contact us immediately.
Am I in your service area?
This service is currently only available in and around Ottumwa. If you have questions, contact us to find out if you are in our area! This service is also available in areas of Eddyville, Kirkville, Fremont, Hedrick, Martinsburg, Agency, Batavia, Albia, Floris, Blakesburg.
Our Laundry Service Terms: You must pay with a credit or debit card. You will be charged during processing based on the number of pounds of your clothing with a standard maximum of 30 pounds. Anything over 30 pounds will be charged as additional baggage. The price does not include special items such as duvets, pillows, sheet sets or sleeping bags. If you include items with a special price, be sure to add them to the shopping cart. Your item will be washed and charged additionally. We are not responsible for garments damaged during washing and/or drying cycles due to discoloration, shrinkage, foreign objects or substances on the garments. We make every effort to remove stains, stains and odors, but we do not guarantee complete stain or odor removal. We are not responsible for lost or stolen clothing before pickup or after delivery. We do not accept cash transactions. All orders will be charged prior to delivery. Refunds will be provided as account credits. We value clothing by the pound before washing it. In the event that a scheduled pickup does not have clothing ready during pickup time or pickup cannot be made due to the customer’s responsibility, a failed pickup service charge of $25.00 will apply.
